How to Activate and Track Your FixVise Warranty
Every repair we complete is automatically covered by a warranty - you don't fill anything out, and you don't have to remember to sign up. Here's exactly how it works, from the moment your repair is finished to checking your coverage months later.
Step 1: You'll Get an Email the Moment Your Repair Is Done
As soon as your technician marks your repair complete, our system generates a one-time activation code for your warranty and emails it to you right away. That email includes:
- Your device and what was repaired
- How long your warranty lasts
- A "View My Warranty" button
No code to write down, no form to fill out - just one email, sent automatically.
Step 2: One Click to Activate
This is the part most warranty programs get wrong - they make you dig up a receipt and mail something in. We didn't want that.
Click the button in your email and, if you're signed in (or sign in/create an account with the same info as your repair), your warranty activates immediately. No waiting on hold, no "someone will review this in 5-7 business days."
Used a different email or don't have an account yet? No problem - you'll be asked to quickly confirm the email or phone number used when you booked the repair. That's it. This extra step exists purely to make sure your warranty always ends up on your account, not someone else's.
Step 3: Check Your Coverage Anytime
Once activated, head to Account → My Warranties to see everything at a glance:
- Which device and repair it covers
- Your coverage start and end dates
- A live status: Active, Expiring Soon, or Expired
You don't have to keep track of dates yourself - the status updates automatically as time passes, so you'll always know exactly where you stand.
Step 4: Something Come Up? Request Service Right From the Page
If an issue comes back within your coverage window, there's a Request Warranty Service button right on your warranty card. No digging through old emails for a booking number - it's all connected.
