Service Agreement

By booking a repair service with Fixvise, you agree to these terms. Our technicians will diagnose and repair your device at the agreed-upon location. If additional issues are discovered, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional work.

Warranty

All repairs come with a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor. This warranty does not cover damage from accidents, water, or misuse after the repair. Original manufacturer warranties may be voided by third-party repairs.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without charge. Cancellations with less notice may incur a $25 trip fee.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods. Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual parts required.

Limitation of Liability

Fixvise is not responsible for data loss during repairs. We recommend backing up your device before service. Our liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided.
