We Fix. You Relax.

Fix Vise was founded with a simple mission: make device repair as convenient as possible. We saw too many people struggling to find time to drop off their broken devices at repair shops, waiting days or weeks to get them back.

Fix Vise was founded in 2024 by Muhammad Bilal and Umer Farooq, two Pakistani-American entrepreneurs with over a decade of combined experience in device repair. Before launching Fix Vise, they spent five years building and running CallToRepair, developing hands-on expertise in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of devices. That experience - paired with backgrounds in customer service, marketing, and web development - shaped Fix Vise's on-site repair model from day one. Bilal holds an MBA and works as a Python developer, bringing both business strategy and technical depth to the company. Fix Vise was officially registered in 2024 and has been serving the Dallas-Fort Worth area with certified, on-site device repair ever since.

Today, Fix Vise operates across the entire Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, serving homes, offices, and businesses with professional on-site repair services. Our team of certified technicians carries all the parts and tools needed to fix most devices on the spot.
